Unwind on our picturesque hilltop, surrounded by our 42-acre Estate
Vineyard, where breathtaking views and a gentle breeze provide the
perfect setting to enjoy our wines in harmony with nature. Our
PlumpJack Hilltop Experience invites relaxation, reflection, and
refined pleasure, where every sip tells a story of uncompromising
excellence.

Vineyard Patio:
Indulge in our newest releases in the ambiance of our outdoor patio,
nestled amidst our century-old 42-acre Estate Vineyard. You’ll be
introduced to the artistry and craftsmanship of our Winemaker, Aaron
Miller. Nestled against the Vaca Mountain Range, our Estate Vineyard
comprises diverse soil types—from rocky gravelly bases and rich
volcanic nutrients to clay based and sandy loam soils—allowing us to
cultivate and blend copious blocks, resulting in wines with intriguing
complexity that pay homage to the land from which they originate.

Courtyard:
Located in the heart of Oakville, our historic Estate offers
360-degree views of our surrounding 42-acre vineyard and a bounty of
nature’s beauty. Our winery building, which dates back to the 1880s,
sits on the edge of the courtyard, where guests have an up-close look
at harvest and winemaking activities. We invite you to join us for an
unforgettable experience!
